pthread_spin_unlock()

Unlock a thread spinlock

int pthread_spin_unlock( spinlock_t * spinner );

Description:

The pthread_spin_unlock() function unlocks the thread spinlock specified by spinner, which was locked with pthread_spin_lock() or pthread_spin_trylock().

If there are threads spinning on spinner, the spinlock becomes available, and an unspecified thread will acquire the lock.

Returns:

EOK
Success.
EINVAL
Invalid process spinlock spinner.
EPERM
The calling thread doesn't hold the lock.
