Unlock a thread spinlock

Description:

The pthread_spin_unlock() function unlocks the thread spinlock specified by spinner, which was locked with pthread_spin_lock() or pthread_spin_trylock().

If there are threads spinning on spinner, the spinlock becomes available, and an unspecified thread will acquire the lock.

Returns:

EOK: Success.
EINVAL: Invalid process spinlock spinner.
EPERM: The calling thread doesn't hold the lock.
