Connect to the PCI server

Description:

The pci_attach() function connects to the Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) server. You must call pci_attach() before using any of the other pci_*() functions.

There are currently no flags defined for this function.

Returns:

A handle used for calling pci_detach(), or -1 if an error occurs.
