iswalpha()

Test for character classes

Description:

The iswalpha() function tests if the argument wc is an alphabetic wide character of the class alpha. In the C locale, they are: a to z, A to Z.

Returns:

=/= 0: The character is a member of the class alpha.
0: Everything else.

Caveats:

The result is valid only for char arguments and WEOF.
